Product Usage:
This product is our company's first high-tech equipment that has been successfully designed and developed by introducing foreign products and combining with GMP requirements. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, uniform functions, convenient operation, accurate loading, stable operation and low noise. PLC programmable controller is used to program the whole machine. From liquid to high-viscosity fluid material (paste), filling and sealing to coding batch number (including production date) and other processes are fully automated. It is an ideal equipment for filling and sealing aluminum tubes, plastic tubes and composite tubes in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, adhesives and other industries, and meets the requirements of GMP regulations.
