Description
This machine is used for tabletting different kinds of granular raw materials into round tablets. It is applicable to trial manufacturing in lab or batch production in small amount different kinds of tablets, sugar pieces, calcium tablets and tablets of abnormal shape. It features a small desktop type press for motive and continual sheeting. It can also be hand-operated. Only one pair of punching die can be erected on this press. Both filling depth of material and thickness of tablet are adjustable.

1. Adjustable thickness:There is only one set of die in this machine, the filling depth and pressing thickness of the material can be adjusted, that means, the weight, thickness and hardness of the finished product can be adjusted, and different finished products can be pressed only by replacing different molds.
2. With outlet:The outlet is made of stainless steel and smoothed. It can effectively reduce the problems of missing edges, cracks and deformation caused by discharging
3. Charging hopper:Made of stainless steel, it can meet the requirements of the industry and will be more convenient for charging
4. Lifting cam:The lifting cam and the eccentric wheel operate with the rotating shaft. The machine will be more powerful and faster to make sugar tablet.
5. Thickness adjustment gear:Loosen the fixed bolts and loosen the adjustable wheel-pressure plate. Rotate the lower adjustable wheel to the right, can make the thicker sugar tablet; to the left, can make the thinner sugar tablet. After adjustment, install the pressure plate and fix bolts.
6. Hand shake:This machine is a hand-operated single punching machine. It requires no power supply, and the direct hand pressing method is quick and clear.
7. Larger feeder:The feeder is upgraded and improved, and the inner measuring outlet is wider and will be smoother when charging
8. Hopper hook:Can keep the hopper balanced
Application
